Facing decades of urban and suburban decay, the City of Fresno sought to leverage millions in one-time funding to deliver a local renaissance in its oldest, often overlooked, neighborhoods.

LGSC developed the Rebuild Fresno campaign, a holistic budget strategy to improve crumbling infrastructure and lift up neighborhoods and working residents.

Over the course of three months, LGSC and local officials identified dozens of infrastructure renewal projects to prioritize and fund during Fresno’s budget process.

Ultimately, Fresno adopted the $1.4 billion Rebuild Fresno budget in June 2021.

Together, we worked hard to develop a unique brand. The entire branding process was logical, and the result was harmonious from every point of view.
